Această politică explică ce informații stochează site-ul lentilo.ro în browserul tău, cine le stochează, de ce, cât timp rămân acolo și cum îți poți schimba alegerea oricând. Magazinul rulează pe platforma Shopify, iar comenzile se finalizează în checkout-ul Shopify. Asta înseamnă un lucru pe care îl spunem din prima: acest site setează cookie-uri — cele ale platformei, fără de care nu ai coș și nu poți comanda. Le găsești pe toate, cu nume, scop și durată, în tabelele de la secțiunea 3. Dacă se schimbă ceva, actualizăm această pagină și data de mai sus.

Site-ul lentilo.ro este administrat de OKRALIS S.R.L., care este și comerciantul, și operatorul de date cu caracter personal. Datele de identificare complete sunt la finalul documentului.

1. Ce sunt cookie-urile și tehnologiile similare

Un cookie este un fișier text de mici dimensiuni pe care un site îl salvează în browserul tău și pe care browserul îl trimite înapoi, automat, la fiecare cerere către domeniul respectiv. Așa își „amintește” un site cine ești între două pagini — și tot așa rămâne coșul tău coș, de la pagina produsului până la plată.

Există însă și alte tehnologii care fac practic același lucru — stochează informații în echipamentul tău terminal sau accesează informații stocate deja acolo:

• localStorage — o zonă de stocare a browserului, legată strict de domeniul site-ului. Spre deosebire de cookie-uri, conținutul ei nu este trimis automat către niciun server; rămâne în browserul tău până când îl ștergi tu sau îl șterge browserul.
• sessionStorage — funcționează la fel, dar conținutul dispare automat în momentul în care închizi fila sau browserul.
• pixeli de măsurare („web beacons”) — fragmente de cod care raportează că o pagină a fost afișată sau că o acțiune a avut loc. Shopify are un mecanism propriu de acest fel, numit Web Pixels, din care se alimentează statisticile magazinului. Rulează numai în măsura în care ai acceptat categoria corespunzătoare din banner.
• amprentarea browserului (fingerprinting) și SDK-urile de publicitate — identificare fără cookie-uri, respectiv module de reclamă. Nu le folosim și nu am adăugat în tema magazinului niciun pixel publicitar al unui terț.

Ca să fim direcți: acest magazin setează cookie-uri, iar cele mai multe nu sunt ale noastre, ci ale Shopify. Nu se putea altfel — platforma are nevoie de ele ca să știe ce ai în coș, ca să te ducă prin pașii de comandă și ca să apere plata. Peste ele, site-ul nostru mai folosește localStorage pentru o singură valoare proprie, legată de o alegere a ta: consimțământul. Toate sunt în secțiunea 3, cu nume și durată.

Faptul că nu sunt „cookie-uri” în sens strict tehnic nu ne scutește de nicio obligație și nu îți ia niciun drept. Legea nr. 506/2004 privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal și protecția vieții private în sectorul comunicațiilor electronice vorbește, la art. 4 alin. (5), despre „stocarea de informații sau obținerea accesului la informațiile stocate în echipamentul terminal al utilizatorului” — formularea este neutră din punct de vedere tehnologic și acoperă deopotrivă cookie-urile, localStorage și sessionStorage. Prin urmare le tratăm identic, iar în restul acestui document folosim cuvântul „cookie-uri” ca termen-umbrelă pentru toate.

2. Temeiul juridic

Regula, conform art. 4 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 506/2004, este simplă: putem stoca informații în echipamentul tău sau putem accesa informații stocate acolo numai cu consimțământul tău prealabil. Există o singură excepție relevantă aici: stocarea strict necesară pentru furnizarea unui serviciu pe care l-ai solicitat tu în mod expres (sau pentru transmiterea unei comunicări printr-o rețea de comunicații electronice). Pentru această categorie nu se cere consimțământ — dar rămâne obligația de a te informa, ceea ce facem prin acest document. Foarte concret, aici intră coșul și pașii de comandă: dacă adaugi un produs în coș, cookie-ul care ține minte coșul este serviciul pe care l-ai cerut, nu un supliment strecurat pe lângă el.

Pentru tot ce trece dincolo de strictul necesar, consimțământul trebuie să respecte standardul din Regulamentul (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR), art. 4 pct. 11 și art. 7, completat pe plan național de Legea nr. 190/2018. În concret, consimțământul trebuie să fie:

• prealabil — cerut înainte ca tehnologia respectivă să ruleze, nu după;
• liber exprimat — refuzul nu îți poate închide accesul la site și nu te costă nimic;
• specific — dat separat pe fiecare categorie, nu global, „la pachet”;
• informat — știi ce se stochează, de către cine, de ce și pentru cât timp;
• lipsit de ambiguitate — exprimat printr-o acțiune clară a ta. Căsuțele bifate din start, continuarea navigării, derularea paginii sau simpla închidere a bannerului nu sunt consimțământ;
• la fel de ușor de retras pe cât a fost de dat — un clic într-o direcție, un clic în cealaltă.

Când stocarea implică și o prelucrare de date cu caracter personal, temeiul este art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (a) din GDPR (consimțământul) pentru categoriile opționale, respectiv art. 6 alin. (1) lit. (f) — interesul legitim de a-ți livra un site funcțional și de a putea dovedi alegerea pe care ai făcut-o — pentru stocarea strict necesară. Modul în care prelucrăm datele pe care ni le trimiți efectiv (nume, e-mail, telefon, adresă, județ și cod poștal, completate la plasarea comenzii, sau prescripția pe care ne-o trimiți separat, prin e-mail sau WhatsApp) este descris separat, în Politica de confidențialitate.

3. Ce folosește concret acest site

Acesta este inventarul complet, grupat pe categorii. Cookie-urile sunt setate de Shopify, platforma pe care rulează magazinul; ultima intrare este a noastră și stă în localStorage, nu într-un cookie. „Durata” înseamnă cât timp rămâne valoarea în browser dacă nu o ștergi tu între timp.

Strict necesare — se setează oricum

Fără ele magazinul nu funcționează: nu ai coș, nu poți parcurge pașii de comandă și nu îți putem reține alegerea privind cookie-urile. Pentru această categorie legea nu cere consimțământ, dar îți datorăm informarea de mai jos.

Analiză — numai dacă ai acceptat

Ne arată, în formă agregată, câți oameni intră în magazin, de unde vin și unde se opresc; datele apar în rapoartele magazinului din Shopify.

Marketing — numai dacă ai acceptat

Preferințe — numai dacă ai acceptat

Rețin, la nivelul platformei, limba în care preferi să vezi magazinul, ca să nu o alegi din nou la fiecare vizită. Este o categorie ca oricare alta din banner: are propriul comutator și o poți refuza; ce se întâmplă atunci este explicat la secțiunea 4.

Stocarea locală proprie (lentilo.ro)

Site-ul nostru scrie în browserul tău o singură valoare proprie: înregistrarea consimțământului. Este strict necesară, pentru că fără ea nu îți putem ține minte alegerea din banner, nu o putem respecta și nu o putem dovedi. Limba nu se numără printre valorile noastre: pe Shopify ea se află chiar în adresa paginii, iar memorarea ei de la o vizită la alta o face platforma, prin cookie-ul shopify_override_user_locale din tabelul „Preferințe” de mai sus.

Câteva precizări care completează tabelele:

• Cookie-urile chiar pleacă din browserul tău. Prin natura lor tehnică, sunt trimise de browser la fiecare cerere către domeniul magazinului, deci ajung la serverele Shopify. Nu pretindem altceva. Doar valoarea noastră din localStorage rămâne exclusiv la tine.
• Nu facem fingerprinting și nu construim profiluri de comportament. Nu combinăm aceste valori cu alte date pentru a te identifica.
• Nu am adăugat pixeli de publicitate ai unor terți — nici Meta, nici Google Ads, nici TikTok, nici altceva de acest fel. Nu există hartă încorporată, clip video încorporat, widget de rețea socială sau modul de chat în pagină.
• Ce alegi în configurator ajunge în coș, nu în stocarea locală. Răspunsurile tale rămân în memoria paginii cât timp o ai deschisă; când adaugi în coș, selecția este ținută minte de Shopify prin cookie-ul cart. Ce se întâmplă cu datele după plasarea comenzii este descris în Politica de confidențialitate.
• Prescripția nu trece prin site. Nu există niciun câmp de încărcare a unui fișier nicăieri în magazin. Dacă ai nevoie de lentile cu dioptrii, ne trimiți prescripția prin e-mail sau WhatsApp după ce plasezi comanda, iar noi te sunăm ca să confirmăm valorile. Prin urmare nimic din prescripție nu este stocat de site în browserul tău.
• De unde vine lista. Cookie-urile Shopify de mai sus sunt cele publicate de Shopify la data actualizării acestei pagini. Sursa oficială, mereu la zi, este pagina Shopify despre cookie-uri.

4. Categorii de cookie-uri

Bannerul nostru folosește patru categorii: strict necesare, analiză, preferințe și marketing. Prima este blocată pe „active” și nu are comutator; celelalte trei au fiecare comutatorul ei și pornesc oprite.

Strict necesare — întotdeauna active

Fac magazinul să funcționeze: sesiunea, coșul, pașii de comandă, securitatea plății și memorarea deciziei tale privind cookie-urile. Sunt intrările din primul tabel de la secțiunea 3, plus singura valoare proprie din localStorage — lentilo-consent, care reține chiar alegerea ta din banner. Nu pot fi dezactivate din banner, pentru că fără ele serviciul pe care l-ai cerut — un magazin în care chiar poți comanda — pur și simplu nu poate fi furnizat. Pentru această categorie legea nu cere consimțământ, motiv pentru care în banner apare ca „Întotdeauna active”: este o informare, nu o opțiune deghizată.

O precizare care contează, ca să nu rămână nimic ambiguu în privința limbii: limba nu face parte din această categorie. Site-ul nu scrie nicio valoare proprie pentru ea. Pe Shopify, limba în care citești pagina se află chiar în adresa ei, iar memorarea alegerii tale de la o vizită la alta o face platforma, prin cookie-ul shopify_override_user_locale, care aparține categoriei „Preferințe” de mai jos, pleacă spre serverele Shopify și pe care îl poți refuza. O singură funcție, un singur mecanism, un singur loc în care este clasificată.

Analiză

Arată, în formă agregată, ce pagini sunt vizitate, de unde vin vizitatorii și unde se blochează oamenii, ca să putem îmbunătăți magazinul. Spre deosebire de varianta veche a site-ului, această categorie este folosită acum: statisticile magazinului rulează prin cookie-urile listate la secțiunea 3 și prin mecanismul Web Pixels al platformei. Se activează numai dacă ai acceptat categoria; dacă o refuzi, rămâne oprită.

Preferințe

Rețin o alegere de interfață pe care ai făcut-o chiar tu — la noi, limba în care vrei să vezi magazinul, memorată de platformă prin cookie-ul shopify_override_user_locale din secțiunea 3. Este o categorie refuzabilă, cu comutator propriu în banner, oprit până când îl pornești tu. Dacă o refuzi, se întâmplă exact un singur lucru: platforma nu mai ține minte limba de la o vizită la alta, așa că magazinul se deschide de fiecare dată în limba lui implicită. Comutatorul RO / EN din antet funcționează în continuare, exact ca înainte, pentru că nu are nevoie de nimic memorat — te duce pur și simplu la adresa aceleiași pagini în cealaltă limbă. Singura diferență este că, la vizita următoare, alegi din nou.

Marketing

Permite măsurarea eficienței unei campanii și, dacă vom face vreodată publicitate, afișarea de reclame relevante pe alte site-uri. Astăzi, singura intrare din această categorie este cookie-ul _shopify_marketing, listat la secțiunea 3.

Dacă vom adăuga vreodată un instrument nou dincolo de ce este listat mai sus, se vor aplica trei reguli, fără excepție: (1) va rula numai pentru vizitatorii care au consimțit expres la categoria respectivă; (2) vom actualiza tabelele de la secțiunea 3 cu numele real al instrumentului, furnizorul, scopul și durata, înainte de a-l activa; (3) vom incrementa versiunea înregistrării de consimțământ, ceea ce invalidează automat alegerile anterioare și face bannerul să reapară, ca să te putem întreba din nou în cunoștință de cauză. Regula a treia nu este teoretică: am aplicat-o deja o dată, când am adăugat categoria „Preferințe”. Am trecut înregistrarea la versiunea 2, iar bannerul a reapărut pentru toată lumea — o alegere făcută înainte nu avea cum să conțină un răspuns pentru o categorie care pe atunci nu exista.

5. Terți

Magazinul nu încarcă scripturi publicitare de la terți. Mai mult: încărcarea unei pagini a magazinului nu contactează niciun domeniu din afara infrastructurii pe care rulează el. Rămâne, prin urmare, o singură companie care află ceva despre tine pentru simplul fapt că ai deschis o pagină — Shopify, platforma, fără de care site-ul nu ar exista în forma actuală. Adăugăm mai jos două lămuriri care completează inventarul: fonturile, care în trecut erau al doilea nume din listă și acum nu mai sunt, pentru că le găzduim noi; și linkurile care te scot din site, unde ajungi doar prin voia ta, apăsând pe ele — companiile de la capătul lor află ceva despre tine abia după clic. Le spunem pe toate deschis.

Shopify — platforma pe care rulează magazinul

Site-ul nu mai este un set de fișiere statice: rulează ca temă pe platforma Shopify. Paginile pe care le vezi sunt livrate de infrastructura Shopify, iar comanda o plasezi în checkout-ul Shopify. De aici, două consecințe pe care e corect să le știi. Prima: cookie-urile din tabelele de la secțiunea 3 sunt setate de Shopify, nu de noi, și sunt trimise către serverele Shopify. A doua: ca parte din funcționarea magazinului, Shopify primește adresa ta IP, tipul de browser și de sistem de operare, paginile vizitate și — atunci când comanzi — datele pe care le completezi la checkout (nume, e-mail, telefon, adresă, județ, cod poștal) și informațiile necesare procesării plății.

Shopify prelucrează aceste date ca furnizor al platformei, pe baza contractului cu noi. Ce cookie-uri folosește și în ce scop este descris în politica de cookie-uri Shopify, iar restul prelucrării în politica de confidențialitate Shopify. Rolurile, temeiurile și duratele pentru datele comenzii sunt detaliate în Politica de confidențialitate.

Plata cu cardul se procesează prin Shopify Payments, în checkout. Pașii de plată pot folosi stocare tehnică strict necesară pentru procesarea tranzacției și pentru prevenirea fraudei — fără ea, o plată online nu poate fi făcută în siguranță. Dacă alegi plata la livrare (ramburs), nu se adaugă nimic în plus în browserul tău.

Fonturile — găzduite de noi, deci niciun terț

Tipografia face parte din tema magazinului: cele trei familii de litere sunt fișiere woff2 aflate în asset-urile temei și livrate de pe același domeniu ca restul paginii, împreună cu ea. Nu încărcăm fonturile prin serviciul găzduit Google Fonts, deci pentru afișarea textului browserul tău nu are nevoie să contacteze fonts.googleapis.com sau fonts.gstatic.com, iar adresa ta IP nu ajunge la Google înainte să apuci măcar să răspunzi bannerului. Verificarea o poți face singur, în fila „Network” a instrumentelor pentru dezvoltatori. Dacă găsești totuși o pagină care mai face o astfel de cerere, scrie-ne la office@lentilo.ro: este o rămășiță și o corectăm.

Linkuri care duc în afara site-ului

Adresa atelierului, numărul de telefon și butoanele de WhatsApp sunt simple linkuri, nu conținut încorporat. Nu există nicio hartă încărcată în pagină. Companiile de mai jos află despre tine ceva doar în momentul în care apeși efectiv pe link, iar de acolo încolo te afli pe site-ul lor, sub politicile lor:

• Google Maps — linkul cu adresa atelierului deschide aplicația sau site-ul Google Maps.
• Waze — alternativa de navigație către aceeași adresă.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — linkurile wa.me deschid o conversație cu numărul nostru, cu un mesaj pregătit dinainte pe care îl poți edita sau șterge înainte de trimitere. Tot pe acest drum ne poți trimite prescripția, dacă preferi WhatsApp în locul e-mailului.
• ANPC — linkul obligatoriu din subsolul paginii, către informațiile despre soluționarea alternativă a litigiilor.

Nu controlăm ce prelucrează aceste companii după clic. Politicile lor le găsești aici: Politica de confidențialitate Google și Politica de confidențialitate WhatsApp.

6. Cum îți dai, îți schimbi sau îți retragi consimțământul

La prima vizită, bannerul de cookie-uri apare în partea de jos a ecranului, la scurt timp după încărcarea paginii. Poți naviga liniștit în timp ce este afișat: până când nu alegi, categoriile opționale rămân dezactivate. Cookie-urile strict necesare, în schimb, se setează din prima pagină — ele sunt chiar magazinul, nu un supliment.

Ai trei butoane, iar primele două sunt echivalente ca efort și ca aspect:

• „Acceptă toate” — activează toate categoriile.
• „Respinge toate” — refuză tot ce nu este strict necesar. Un singur clic, la fel ca acceptarea. Nu este ascuns într-un submeniu, nu este scris mai mic și nu este colorat ca să pară o alegere greșită.
• „Personalizează” — deschide comutatoarele pe categorii, ca să alegi separat „Analiză”, „Preferințe” și „Marketing”, apoi salvezi cu „Salvează preferințele”.

Nimic opțional nu este bifat din start. Când deschizi panoul de personalizare, comutatoarele pentru „Analiză”, „Preferințe” și „Marketing” sunt toate pe „oprit”; categoria strict necesară nu are comutator deloc, pentru că nu îți oferim o alegere pe care oricum nu am respecta-o. Închiderea bannerului fără să apeși nimic nu este interpretată ca acceptare.

Ce se întâmplă efectiv când alegi. Bannerul salvează alegerea ta în lentilo-consent și o transmite mai departe platformei, prin apelul window.Shopify.customerPrivacy.setTrackingConsent(). Trimitem patru semnale: analiză, preferințe, marketing și „vânzarea datelor” — pe ultimul îl legăm de răspunsul tău la marketing, pentru că noi nu vindem date nimănui, niciodată. Shopify înregistrează alegerea în cookie-ul _tracking_consent și o aplică: dacă ai refuzat analiza, cookie-urile de analiză din tabelul respectiv nu se setează; dacă ai refuzat preferințele, nu se setează cookie-ul de limbă al platformei; dacă ai refuzat marketingul, nu se setează cookie-ul de marketing. Nu este o bifă decorativă pusă acolo de formă — este comutatorul real al platformei.

Ce înseamnă refuzul, exact. Refuzul nu îți închide nicio funcție: poți naviga, poți folosi configuratorul, poți schimba limba din antet, poți adăuga în coș și poți plasa comanda chiar dacă respingi tot. Nu blocăm conținut și nu revenim cu întrebarea la fiecare pagină. Ce se oprește sunt cookie-urile de analiză, cookie-ul de preferințe al platformei și cel de marketing. Ce rămâne, oricum ai alege, sunt cookie-urile strict necesare din secțiunea 3 — fără ele nu există coș și nu există comandă, iar pentru ele legea nu cere consimțământ. Deci refuzul nu te costă nimic, dar nici nu îți golește browserul de cookie-uri: unele dintre ele sunt chiar serviciul pe care l-ai cerut.

Bannerul nu apare în checkout. Pașii în care completezi datele de livrare și plătești rulează pe paginile de checkout ale Shopify, unde tema noastră — și deci bannerul nostru — nu se încarcă. Acolo funcționează stocarea strict necesară pentru a duce comanda la capăt: sesiune, coș, plată, prevenirea fraudei. Alegerea pe care ai făcut-o în magazin rămâne înregistrată în cookie-ul _tracking_consent și se aplică magazinului, inclusiv pașilor de checkout, deci nu trebuie să o dai a doua oară. Dacă vrei să o schimbi, o faci din „Setări cookie-uri”, în subsolul oricărei pagini a magazinului.

Te poți răzgândi oricând. Alegerea ta este salvată în lentilo-consent, împreună cu momentul în care ai făcut-o, și este recitită la fiecare vizită. O poți schimba în orice moment din linkul „Setări cookie-uri” aflat în subsolul oricărei pagini: panoul se redeschide direct în modul de personalizare, cu opțiunile tale actuale afișate. Noua alegere este transmisă din nou platformei în același moment, deci produce efecte imediat, pentru viitor. Un lucru însă nu se întâmplă de la sine: cookie-urile setate înainte de retragere nu dispar automat din browser. Le poți șterge oricând, cu instrucțiunile din secțiunea 7.

Te întrebăm din nou după 12 luni. O alegere mai veche de 365 de zile este tratată ca expirată, iar bannerul reapare — conform recomandărilor Comitetului European pentru Protecția Datelor, consimțământul nu poate fi valabil la nesfârșit. Bannerul mai reapare și atunci când incrementăm versiunea înregistrării de consimțământ, așa cum am făcut la adăugarea categoriei „Preferințe”. Bannerul reapare de asemenea dacă ștergi datele de navigare, dacă folosești alt browser sau alt dispozitiv, dacă navighezi în fereastră privată sau dacă browserul tău blochează stocarea locală: în toate aceste cazuri, alegerea ta pur și simplu nu mai poate fi găsită acolo unde a fost salvată.

7. Controlul din browser

Indiferent de ce îți oferim noi, controlul final este al tău și se află în browser. Poți șterge cookie-urile magazinului și stocarea locală a site-ului, le poți bloca preventiv sau poți naviga într-o fereastră privată, unde totul dispare la închidere. Instrucțiuni oficiale pe browser, valabile deopotrivă pentru cookie-uri și pentru celelalte date ale site-ului:

• Google Chrome (desktop și Android): Setări → Confidențialitate și securitate → Cookie-uri și alte date ale site-urilor, sau, pentru un singur site, pictograma din stânga adresei → „Datele site-ului”. Ghidul Google.
• Mozilla Firefox: Setări → Confidențialitate și securitate → Cookie-uri și date ale site-urilor → „Administrează datele”. Ghidul Mozilla.
• Safari pe Mac: Safari → Setări → Confidențialitate → „Administrează datele site-urilor web”. Pe iPhone și iPad: Setări → Safari → „Șterge istoricul și datele site-urilor”. Ghidul Apple.
• Microsoft Edge: Setări → Cookie-uri și permisiuni pentru site → „Gestionați și ștergeți modulele cookie și datele site-ului”. Ghidul Microsoft.

Dacă vrei să ștergi exact intrările acestui site, fără să atingi restul browserului, le găsești în instrumentele pentru dezvoltatori (F12 pe desktop), la secțiunea Application sau Storage: cele mai multe cookie-uri apar la Cookies → lentilo.ro, cu numele din tabelele de la secțiunea 3, iar singura valoare proprie la Local Storage → lentilo.ro, sub numele lentilo-consent. Nu toate stau însă sub domeniul magazinului: o parte dintre intrările platformei — cele legate de Shop Pay și de autentificarea prin Shop, ca și stocarea folosită în pașii de checkout — sunt setate pe domenii ale Shopify, așa că în lista browserului le vei găsi acolo, nu la lentilo.ro. Dacă vrei să scapi de tot dintr-o mișcare, ștergerea din setările browserului, cu instrucțiunile de mai sus, rămâne calea sigură.

De reținut înainte să blochezi tot: aici este o diferență reală față de varianta veche a site-ului. Dacă blochezi complet cookie-urile pentru acest domeniu, magazinul chiar nu mai funcționează: coșul nu se formează sau se golește, iar comanda nu poate fi finalizată, pentru că pașii de checkout au nevoie de cookie-uri ca să știe că ești în continuare tu. Dacă blochezi doar stocarea locală, nu se strică nimic, dar un lucru nu se mai poate păstra: decizia ta privind cookie-urile nu mai poate fi salvată, deci bannerul reapare la fiecare vizită. Nu este o pedeapsă și nu este un truc — este consecința tehnică directă a faptului că i-ai spus browserului să nu rețină nimic pentru acest domeniu. Ștergerea datelor de navigare are un efect asemănător: dispar coșul, limba și înregistrarea consimțământului.

8. Drepturile tale

În măsura în care prelucrăm date cu caracter personal în legătură cu cele descrise aici, ai drepturile prevăzute de GDPR: dreptul de acces, de rectificare, de ștergere, de restricționare a prelucrării, de opoziție, dreptul la portabilitate și dreptul de a-ți retrage consimțământul oricând, fără a afecta legalitatea prelucrării efectuate înainte de retragere.

Trei lucruri merită spuse concret pentru această pagină. Primul: valoarea noastră din secțiunea 3 se află doar pe dispozitivul tău, nu pe serverele noastre — noi nu o putem citi și nu o putem șterge la distanță, dar tu o poți șterge instantaneu, oricând, așa cum am explicat mai sus. Al doilea: cookie-urile platformei sunt altceva — ele sunt trimise către serverele Shopify la fiecare cerere, deci nu rămân doar la tine; le poți șterge oricând din browser, iar refuzul categoriilor opționale le împiedică să apară de la bun început. Al treilea: retragerea consimțământului se face în doi pași, din linkul „Setări cookie-uri” din subsol, și nu îți cere să ne scrii sau să justifici ceva.

Ne-ar plăcea, totuși, să încerci mai întâi cu noi: de obicei se rezolvă mai repede.

9. Modificări ale acestei politici

Actualizăm această politică ori de câte ori se schimbă ceva real în felul în care site-ul stochează informații — adăugarea unui instrument nou, eliminarea unuia existent, schimbarea unei durate sau a unui furnizor. Data ultimei actualizări este afișată în partea de sus a paginii și este singura referință valabilă.

Un lucru nu depinde de noi: lista de cookie-uri a platformei. Shopify o poate modifica atunci când își schimbă infrastructura, fără să ne întrebe. Comparăm periodic secțiunea 3 cu lista publicată de Shopify și o aducem la zi. Dacă vezi în browserul tău un cookie al magazinului care nu apare în tabelele noastre, scrie-ne: îl adăugăm.

Modificările pur editoriale (formulări mai clare, corecturi) intră în vigoare la publicare. În schimb, dacă introducem o tehnologie care depășește strictul necesar, nu ne bazăm pe un consimțământ dat în trecut pentru altceva: incrementăm versiunea înregistrării de consimțământ, ceea ce face ca alegerea anterioară să nu mai fie valabilă și ca bannerul să reapară, pentru ca tu să poți decide din nou, în cunoștință de cauză.

Site-ul lentilo.ro este administrat de OKRALIS S.R.L., care are calitatea de comerciant, de vânzător și de operator de date cu caracter personal. Datele de mai jos sunt publicate în conformitate cu art. 5 din Legea nr. 365/2002 privind comerțul electronic.

This policy explains what information the lentilo.ro website stores in your browser, who stores it, why, how long it stays there and how you can change your mind at any time. The shop runs on the Shopify platform and orders are completed in Shopify's own checkout. That means one thing we will say up front: this site does set cookies — the platform's cookies, without which you have no cart and cannot place an order. You will find all of them, with name, purpose and duration, in the tables in section 3. If anything changes, we update this page and the date above.

The lentilo.ro website is operated by OKRALIS S.R.L., which is also the trader and the data controller. Full identification details are at the end of this document.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser and that your browser then sends back automatically with every request to that domain. That is how a site “remembers” you from one page to the next — and how your cart stays your cart, from the product page all the way to payment.

Other technologies do essentially the same job — they store information on your terminal equipment, or access information already stored there:

• localStorage — a browser storage area tied strictly to the site's domain. Unlike cookies, its contents are never sent automatically to any server; they stay in your browser until you or your browser deletes them.
• sessionStorage — the same idea, except the contents vanish automatically the moment you close the tab or the browser.
• measurement pixels (“web beacons”) — snippets of code that report that a page was shown or an action took place. Shopify has its own such mechanism, called Web Pixels, which feeds the shop's statistics. It runs only to the extent that you have accepted the matching category in the banner.
• browser fingerprinting and advertising SDKs — identification without cookies, and advertising modules. We use neither, and we have not added any third-party advertising pixel to the shop's theme.

To put it plainly: this shop sets cookies, and most of them are not ours but Shopify's. There was no way around it — the platform needs them to know what is in your cart, to walk you through the order steps and to protect the payment. On top of those, our own site uses localStorage for exactly one value of its own, tied to a choice you made: your consent. All of it is in section 3, with names and durations.

The fact that these are not “cookies” in the strict technical sense excuses us from nothing and takes no right away from you. Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector refers, in art. 4 para. (5), to “storing information, or gaining access to information stored, in a user's terminal equipment” — the wording is technology-neutral and covers cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage alike. We therefore treat them identically, and throughout the rest of this document we use “cookies” as an umbrella term for all of them.

2. Legal basis

The rule in art. 4 para. (5) of Law no. 506/2004 is simple: we may store information on your device, or access information stored there, only with your prior consent. There is one relevant exception — storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested (or to transmit a communication over an electronic communications network). No consent is required for that category, but the duty to inform you remains, and this document is how we meet it. Very concretely, this covers the cart and the order steps: if you add a product to your cart, the cookie that remembers the cart is the service you asked for, not an extra slipped in alongside it.

For anything beyond the strictly necessary, consent must meet the standard set by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), art. 4(11) and art. 7, supplemented nationally by Law no. 190/2018. In practice, consent must be:

• prior — asked for before the technology runs, not afterwards;
• freely given — refusing cannot lock you out of the site and costs you nothing;
• specific — given per category, not bundled together;
• informed — you know what is stored, by whom, why and for how long;
• unambiguous — expressed through a clear affirmative act on your part. Pre-ticked boxes, continued browsing, scrolling or simply dismissing the banner are not consent;
• as easy to withdraw as it was to give — one click each way.

Where such storage also involves processing personal data, the legal basis is art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for the optional categories, and art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in delivering a working website and in being able to demonstrate the choice you made — for the strictly necessary storage. How we handle the data you actually send us (name, email, phone number, address, county and postcode entered when you place the order, or the prescription you send us separately by email or WhatsApp) is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. What this site actually uses

This is the complete inventory, grouped by category. The cookies are set by Shopify, the platform the shop runs on; the last entry is ours and lives in localStorage, not in a cookie. “Duration” means how long the value stays in your browser if you do not delete it yourself in the meantime.

Strictly necessary — set in any case

Without these the shop does not work: no cart, no way through the order steps, and no way for us to remember your cookie choice. The law requires no consent for this category, but we owe you the information below.

Analytics — only if you accepted

These show us, in aggregate, how many people come to the shop, where they come from and where they stop; the data appears in the Shopify shop reports.

Marketing — only if you accepted

Preferences — only if you accepted

These remember, at platform level, the language you prefer to see the shop in, so that you do not have to pick it again on every visit. It is a category like any other in the banner: it has its own toggle and you can refuse it; what happens if you do is explained in section 4.

Our own local storage (lentilo.ro)

Our site writes exactly one value of its own into your browser: the consent record. It is strictly necessary, because without it we cannot remember your choice from the banner, cannot honour it and cannot demonstrate it. Your language is not among our values: on Shopify it sits in the page's own address, and remembering it from one visit to the next is done by the platform, through the shopify_override_user_locale cookie in the “Preferences” table above.

A few points that complete the tables:

• Cookies really do leave your browser. By their technical nature, your browser sends them with every request to the shop's domain, so they reach Shopify's servers. We will not pretend otherwise. Only our own value in localStorage stays with you alone.
• We do not fingerprint you and we build no behavioural profiles. We do not combine these values with other data to identify you.
• We have added no third-party advertising pixels — no Meta, no Google Ads, no TikTok, nothing of the sort. There is no embedded map, no embedded video, no social widget and no chat module in the page.
• What you pick in the configurator goes into the cart, not into local storage. Your answers live in the page's memory for as long as you keep it open; once you add to cart, Shopify remembers the selection through the cart cookie. What happens to the data after you place the order is described in the Privacy Policy.
• Your prescription does not travel through the site. There is no file upload field anywhere in the shop. If you need prescription lenses, you send us the prescription by email or WhatsApp after placing the order, and we call you to confirm the values. Nothing from the prescription is therefore stored by the site in your browser.
• Where the list comes from. The Shopify cookies above are the ones Shopify published as of the date this page was updated. The official, always-current source is the Shopify cookie page.

4. Cookie categories

Our banner uses four categories: strictly necessary, analytics, preferences and marketing. The first is locked to “on” and has no toggle; the other three each have their own toggle and start switched off.

Strictly necessary — always active

These make the shop work: the session, the cart, the order steps, payment security and the record of your cookie decision. They are the entries in the first table in section 3, plus our single localStorage value — lentilo-consent, which holds your own choice from the banner. They cannot be switched off from the banner, because without them the service you asked for — a shop you can actually order from — simply cannot be delivered. The law requires no consent for this category, which is why the banner labels it “Always active”: that is a statement of fact, not an option in disguise.

One clarification that matters, so that nothing about language is left ambiguous: language is not part of this category. The site writes no value of its own for it. On Shopify, the language you are reading the page in sits in the page's own address, and remembering your choice from one visit to the next is done by the platform, through the shopify_override_user_locale cookie, which sits in the “Preferences” category below, travels to Shopify's servers, and which you can refuse. One function, one mechanism, one place in which it is classified.

Analytics

These show us, in aggregate, which pages are visited, where visitors come from and where people get stuck, so we can improve the shop. Unlike the old version of the site, this category is in use now: the shop's statistics run through the cookies listed in section 3 and through the platform's Web Pixels mechanism. They switch on only if you accepted the category; if you refuse it, they stay off.

Preferences

These remember an interface choice you made yourself — here, the language you want to see the shop in, remembered by the platform through the shopify_override_user_locale cookie listed in section 3. It is a category you can refuse, with its own toggle in the banner, switched off until you switch it on. If you refuse it, exactly one thing happens: the platform stops remembering your language from one visit to the next, so the shop opens in its default language every time. The RO / EN switch in the header goes on working just as before, because it needs nothing remembered — it simply takes you to the address of the same page in the other language. The only difference is that, on your next visit, you pick again.

Marketing

These let us measure whether a campaign works and, if we ever advertise, show relevant ads on other sites. As of today, the only entry in this category is the _shopify_marketing cookie listed in section 3.

If we ever add a new tool beyond what is listed above, three rules apply without exception: (1) it will run only for visitors who have expressly consented to that category; (2) we will update the tables in section 3 with the tool's real name, provider, purpose and duration before switching it on; (3) we will increment the version of the consent record, which automatically invalidates earlier choices and brings the banner back, so that we can ask you again on an informed basis. The third rule is not theoretical: we have already applied it once, when we added the “Preferences” category. We moved the record to version 2 and the banner came back for everyone — a choice made earlier could not possibly contain an answer for a category that did not exist at the time.

5. Third parties

The shop loads no third-party advertising scripts. More than that: loading a page of the shop contacts no domain outside the infrastructure the shop runs on. That leaves exactly one company that learns anything about you simply because you opened a page — Shopify, the platform, without which the site would not exist in its current form. We add two clarifications below that complete the inventory: the fonts, which used to be the second name on this list and no longer are, because we host them ourselves; and the links that take you off the site, where you only ever end up because you chose to click — the companies at the other end of those links learn something about you only after that click. We are telling you about all of them openly.

Shopify — the platform the shop runs on

The site is no longer a set of static files: it runs as a theme on the Shopify platform. The pages you see are delivered by Shopify's infrastructure, and you place your order in Shopify's checkout. Two consequences follow, and it is only fair that you know them. First: the cookies in the tables in section 3 are set by Shopify, not by us, and they are sent to Shopify's servers. Second: as part of running the shop, Shopify receives your IP address, your browser and operating system details, the pages you visit and — when you order — the details you fill in at checkout (name, email, phone, address, county, postcode) and the information needed to process the payment.

Shopify processes this data as the provider of the platform, under its contract with us. Which cookies it uses and why is described in the Shopify cookie policy, and the rest of the processing in the Shopify privacy policy. The roles, legal bases and retention periods for order data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Card payments are processed through Shopify Payments, in the checkout. The payment steps may use strictly necessary technical storage to process the transaction and to prevent fraud — without it, an online payment cannot be made safely. If you choose cash on delivery, nothing extra is added to your browser.

Fonts — hosted by us, so no third party

The typefaces are part of the shop's theme: all three families are woff2 files sitting in the theme's assets and served from the same domain as the rest of the page, together with it. We do not load the fonts through the hosted Google Fonts service, so your browser does not need to contact fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com in order to render the text, and your IP address does not reach Google before you have even had a chance to answer the banner. You can check this yourself in the “Network” tab of your browser's developer tools. If you do come across a page that still makes such a request, write to us at office@lentilo.ro: it is a leftover and we will fix it.

Links that lead off the site

The atelier address, the phone number and the WhatsApp buttons are plain links, not embedded content. No map is loaded into the page. The companies below learn anything about you only at the moment you actually click, and from that point on you are on their site, under their policies:

• Google Maps — the address link opens the Google Maps app or website.
• Waze — the alternative navigation app, pointed at the same address.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — the wa.me links open a conversation with our number, with a pre-filled message you can edit or delete before sending. This is also how you can send us your prescription, if you prefer WhatsApp to email.
• ANPC — the mandatory link in the page footer, pointing to the information on alternative dispute resolution.

We have no control over what these companies process after the click. You can read their policies here: Google Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

6. Giving, changing or withdrawing your consent

On your first visit, the cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen shortly after the page loads. Feel free to keep browsing while it is showing: until you choose, the optional categories stay switched off. The strictly necessary cookies, on the other hand, are set from the first page — they are the shop itself, not an add-on.

You get three buttons, and the first two take exactly the same effort and look equally prominent:

• “Accept all” — enables every category.
• “Reject all” — refuses everything that is not strictly necessary. One click, just like accepting. It is not buried in a submenu, not set in smaller type, and not coloured to look like the wrong answer.
• “Customise” — opens the per-category toggles so you can decide on “Analytics”, “Preferences” and “Marketing” separately, then confirm with “Save preferences”.

Nothing optional is pre-ticked. When you open the customise panel, the “Analytics”, “Preferences” and “Marketing” toggles are all off; the strictly necessary category has no toggle at all, because we will not offer you a choice we could not honour anyway. Dismissing the banner without pressing anything is not treated as acceptance.

What actually happens when you choose. The banner saves your choice in lentilo-consent and passes it on to the platform through the window.Shopify.customerPrivacy.setTrackingConsent() call. We send four signals: analytics, preferences, marketing and “sale of data” — we tie the last one to your marketing answer, because we never sell data to anyone. Shopify records the choice in the _tracking_consent cookie and enforces it: if you refused analytics, the analytics cookies in that table are not set; if you refused preferences, the platform's language cookie is not set; if you refused marketing, the marketing cookie is not set. This is not a decorative tick box — it is the platform's real switch.

What refusing means, exactly. Refusing closes off no feature: you can browse, use the configurator, switch language from the header, add to cart and place your order even if you reject everything. We block no content and do not re-ask on every page. What stops are the analytics cookies, the platform's preferences cookie and the marketing cookie. What stays, whatever you choose, are the strictly necessary cookies from section 3 — without them there is no cart and no order, and the law requires no consent for them. So refusing costs you nothing; but it also does not empty your browser of cookies, because some of them are the very service you asked for.

The banner does not appear in the checkout. The steps where you fill in your delivery details and pay run on Shopify's checkout pages, where our theme — and therefore our banner — is not loaded. What operates there is the storage strictly necessary to complete the order: session, cart, payment, fraud prevention. The choice you made in the shop stays recorded in the _tracking_consent cookie and applies to the shop, checkout steps included, so you do not have to give it a second time. If you want to change it, you do so from “Cookie settings” in the footer of any shop page.

You can change your mind at any time. Your choice is saved in lentilo-consent, together with the moment you made it, and is read back on every visit. You can change it whenever you like through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page: the panel reopens straight into customise mode, showing your current selections. The new choice is passed on to the platform at that same moment, so it takes effect immediately, for the future. One thing does not happen by itself, though: cookies set before you withdrew do not vanish from your browser automatically. You can delete them at any time, using the instructions in section 7.

We ask again after 12 months. A choice older than 365 days is treated as expired and the banner returns — under European Data Protection Board guidance, consent cannot remain valid indefinitely. The banner also returns whenever we increment the version of the consent record, as we did when the “Preferences” category was added. It returns as well if you clear your browsing data, use a different browser or device, browse in a private window, or if your browser blocks local storage: in all of those cases your choice simply can no longer be found where it was saved.

7. Browser controls

Whatever we offer you, the final control is yours and it lives in your browser. You can delete the shop's cookies and this site's local storage, block them pre-emptively, or browse in a private window where everything disappears on close. Official instructions per browser, covering cookies and other site data alike:

• Google Chrome (desktop and Android): Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data; or, for this site alone, the icon to the left of the address bar → “Site data”. Google's guide.

If you want to delete precisely this site's entries and nothing else, you will find them in the developer tools (F12 on desktop), under Application or Storage: most of the cookies appear under Cookies → lentilo.ro, with the names given in the tables in section 3, and our single first-party value under Local Storage → lentilo.ro, named lentilo-consent. Not all of them sit under the shop's domain, though: some of the platform's entries — those tied to Shop Pay and to signing in through Shop, as well as the storage used in the checkout steps — are set on Shopify's own domains, so your browser will list them there rather than under lentilo.ro. If you want everything gone in one move, clearing from your browser settings, using the instructions above, remains the reliable route.

One thing to know before you block everything: here is a real difference from the old version of the site. If you fully block cookies for this domain, the shop genuinely stops working: the cart is not created or is emptied, and the order cannot be completed, because the checkout steps need cookies to know that you are still you. If you block only local storage, nothing breaks, but one thing can no longer be kept: your cookie decision cannot be saved, so the banner reappears on every visit. This is not a punishment and not a trick — it is the direct technical consequence of telling your browser to remember nothing for this domain. Clearing your browsing data has a similar effect: the cart, the language and the consent record are all gone.

8. Your rights

To the extent that we process personal data in connection with what is described here, you have the rights granted by the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Three things are worth stating concretely for this page. First: our one first-party value in section 3 sits on your device only, not on our servers — we cannot read it and cannot delete it remotely, but you can delete it instantly, whenever you like, as explained above. Second: the platform's cookies are a different matter — they are sent to Shopify's servers with every request, so they do not stay with you alone; you can delete them from your browser at any time, and refusing the optional categories keeps them from appearing in the first place. Third: withdrawing consent takes two clicks from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and requires neither an email to us nor a justification.

If something does not seem right to you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28–30, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania — www.dataprotection.ro — as well as the right to go to court. We would still like you to try us first: it is usually faster.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy whenever something real changes in how the site stores information — a new tool added, an existing one removed, a duration or a provider changed. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page and is the only reference that counts.

One thing is not up to us: the platform's cookie list. Shopify can change it when it changes its infrastructure, without asking us. We periodically compare section 3 against the list Shopify publishes and bring ours up to date. If you see a shop cookie in your browser that is not in our tables, write to us: we will add it.

Purely editorial changes (clearer wording, corrections) take effect on publication. If, on the other hand, we introduce a technology that goes beyond the strictly necessary, we will not lean on consent you gave in the past for something else: we increment the version of the consent record, which makes your earlier choice invalid and brings the banner back, so that you can decide again with full information.
